We have an exciting new opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our Head Office team, based in Emerson’s Green, where we offer a competitive salary and a small and friendly working environment.
The ideal candidate will be a hard worker and be able to articulate well, with brilliant verbal and written communication. IT skills are key for this role and having some previous experience within an office environment would also be helpful.
Main duties involve:
- Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and via email
- Dealing with logistic business partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products
- Filing (both electronic and hard copy)
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- General administration and office duties to ensure the smooth running of the office
- Previous administration experience
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Organisation skills
The Successful Candidate must be:
- Confident in Microsoft Office packages with good Excel skills
- Comfortable learning new systems
- Excellent English Literacy skills
- Good numeracy skills
- Highly Motivated and keen to learn
- Positive attitude
- Reliable
- Confident
- Able to work within a small and friendly office environment
In return, we will offer a salary of between £18-24k (Dependent Upon Experience).
