Pinders have been organising the Healthcare Design Awards since 1999, welcoming designers, developers and operators from across the care sector to a prestigious presentation ceremony where the best in Care Sector Design is acknowledged and celebrated.
All the homes and developments that reached the finalist stage were truly deserving of the prestigious Pinders accolade, and we can proudly say that our collection of carpets featured in all the chosen Award-Winning buildings.
Best new care home – Elderly – Majesticare, Cavendish Park Care Home in Evesham
The beautiful interior showcases our Evolution Glaze, Forest, Scape and Origin ranges in a variety of colours. As well as our more tonal ranges of Economix Equinox, Tones, Stripe and Evolve. Demonstrating that an array of products will work alongside each other to create such a stunning environment.
Best Regeneration Project – Tallington Lodge Stamford - Country Court Care in conjunction with Samantha Lord Interior Design
This refurbished and extended home is beautifully designed by Samantha Lord, making Talllington Lodge an integral part of the community. The stunning interior features our Origin range from the Evolution Collection, as well as our Economix and Tones Collections in a number of complimentary colours.
Best new care home – Eldery – Brockington House - Dormy Care Communities interior designed by Kelly Wilson Interiors
The exquisitely designed and yet homely interior of Brockington House is designed by Kelly Wilson Interiors and displays our Equinox Tones, Evolution ranges including Forest, Geo Form, Origin, Manhattan, Scape and Economix in an array of complimentary colours.
Best new care home – Elderly - Yorkare Tranby Park Care Home, Hull
Tranby Park opened in September 2019 and offers a fantastic care home environment, which is beautifully designed, and set within a large garden.
The home Installed the fabulous Origin range to create some stunning feature flooring areas, whilst Equinox Evolve and Tones were laid throughout the home creating the ideal foundation for their interior design scheme.
Best Specialist Dementia Design – Falkland Grange, Newbury - Porthaven Development interior designed by Kerry Southern, Care Home Interiors Company
Kerry Southern and her team at the Care Home Interior Company, used a wide range of design principals to accommodate all the resident’s needs at the home. Showcasing the stunning Evolution Collection ranges of Geo Form and Scape for feature areas as well our more tonal Economix and Equinox Tones for those living with cognitive impairments, this care setting is truly a home for all.
Best Independent Living Scheme – Albany Meadows Balsall Common – Installed by Baker Flooring
Within this Independent Living Scheme, our Equinox Tones range was installed by Baker Flooring throughout all corridors, demonstrating its strength and performance.
All these homes are beautiful and truly unique in terms of their design. We are so proud to supply our stunning range of carpets to these Award-Winning care and Independent Living environments.
