THE AIM
Jeanne Davies, Interior Designer for London Manchester, was tasked with creating a homely atmosphere with the décor and layout which is more accustomed to a luxurious 5-star hotel.
Comfort, warmth and care had to be at the cornerstone of her creative inspiration. The home, which caters for residential and general nursing care residence, is devoted to enriching the lives of both residents and their families through the care that is provided and the surrounding environment.
Working with Architect Bryan Walker of Red Apple Design Jeanne had to carefully consider the interior design to ensure that the unique needs of each of the residents were met whilst also creating a stylish interior scheme.
THE SOLUTION
Whilst considering the needs of those who require specialist nursing care Jeanne created a warm and comfortable environment for all residents. To help her achieve this danfloor carpets were selected for use throughout the home from stairways and corridors to reception areas and bedrooms. A selection of colours including mustard and mushroom shades were selected from the Equinox, Equinox Tones and Stripe ranges.

The ranges have a luxurious and quality look to them whilst still providing a cost effective flooring solution for the home which addressed a number of Jeanne’s requirements. Furthermore, in years to come the carpets will maintain their look and feel even when subject to liquid spills and abrasive cleaning regimes.
