Bucklesham Grange is a stunning care home that combines luxury with a warm and welcoming environment. Set in a beautiful rural location Hallmark Care Homes’ stunning new home Bucklesham Grange provide a variety of care.

THE AIM

Bucklesham Grange caters for a wide variety of residents all with individual needs and requirements. As well as wanting to create an elegant and luxury interior design scheme Bucklesham Grange was required to design the home so it meets the needs of all its residents.

“Individuality is important when it comes to an interior design scheme for a care home. Not just in terms of taste but how the overall layout and look of a room is suitable for the various, and evolving needs, of its residents” says Jacqueline Farguson Interior Designer for Hallmark Healthcare “When designing schemes for a home with residents living with dementia the colours and designs used has to compliment the requirements of all the residents and create a therapeutic environment for them.”

THE SOLUTION

danfloor supplied a variety of carpets for this development; around 500sqmts of Horizon from the stunning new Equinox Stripe for the ground floor corridors and circulation area, 500sqmts of Equinox Plus in the complimentary Desert Storm for the first floor corridors and circulation areas and around 14,000 sqmts of the natural Marsh Honey from Equinox Tones for the Bedrooms. In addition to this Scarlet Cup from the Tones range was used in some of the lounge areas and New Generation cut and loop in Funky Scarlet in the Celebration Lounges, both of which providing a splash of colour.
