Certification

The certification we receive, including BRE and ISO accreditation, provides you with the peace of mind that our products, manufacturing processes and management have undergone rigorous testing and assessment to achieve the highest environmental and suitability credentials possible.

We regularly evaluate the environmental impact of our activities, products and services and will take action to continually improve our environmental performance by implementing an Environmental Management System which looks at how we use and recycle the materials and resources we work with everyday.

We also take into account those using our products on a day to day basis and ensure that the design and functionality of our products are fit for purpose and create a therapeutic environment.

BRE

A number of our ranges including the Equinox Collection and Economix come with full BRE Certification offering Green Guide ratings ranging from A to A+. BRE Certification gives you confidence that our products and services will perform as expected. It ensures they meet, and continue to meet appropriate standards through a combination of regular company audits and a schedule of ongoing tests, whilst providing independent verification for the work undertaken to enhance the environmental credentials of our products.

DSDC Product Accreditation

The Equinox, Tones, Evolve and Economix ranges have received Dementia Design Product Accreditation from the University of Stirling’s Dementia Services Development Centre (DSDC).

The DSDC have undertaken a review of the carpets and have rated the products design in relation to the DSDC dementia design principles and their usability within a dementia-inclusive environment.

We are pleased to announce that the majority of colours have been accredited with ratings ranging from 1a, use indiscriminately and 1b, which mean they can be used throughout. A few more patterned colours have received a rating of 2, which are still considered suitable for dementia inclusive environments, but must be used with some caution.
